Iranian short film ‘Duel’ by Mohammadreza Kheradmandan will go on screen at the 39th Durban International Film Festival in South Africa.
With the tagline, “A Duel at the Crossroads,” the Iranian short had previously grabbed the Best Short Film prize from the London Iranian Film Festival 2017.
The Durban International Film Festival is an annual film festival that takes place in Durban, a coastal city in eastern South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province. The 39th edition of the event will take place on 19-29 July, 2018.
Another Iranian short, ‘Bitter Sea’ by Fateme Ahmadi, has also been accepted into the competition program of the South African festival.
