Supply of new parts and equipment is one of the most important objectives of ports in Sistan-Baluchestan province, he emphasized.
Giant steps have bene taken in the field of overhauling and renovating port equipment in Chabahar Port, he said, adding, “it is hoped that other required parts and equipment will be provided in the shortest time possible.”
Marketing goods and making investment have bene taken into serious consideration in the provincial Ports and Maritime Organization in the current year (started March 21, 2018), Aghaei observed.
In this regard, “we could attract $69 million worth of capital in port sector of this province in the last Iranian calendar year (ended March 20, 2018),” he concluded.
