 The 23rd Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition kicked off its work today morning in the presence of 1,053 domestic companies and also 600 foreign companies from 38 world countries.

The inaugural ceremony of 23rd edition of Iran Intl. Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition was held today morning at the venue of Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds in the presence of Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh and senior officials of this industry.

Representatives of 38 countries in the world including United States, Azerbaijan, Austria, Spain, Germany, United Arab Emirates (UAE), UK, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Czech Republic, China, Russia, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Croatia, South Korea, Poland, the Netherlands, India, Finland, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Kazakhstan, Monaco, Canada, Lichtenstein, Oman, Denmark, Taiwan, Norway, Australia, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore and Islamic Republic of Iran will exhibit their latest products and achievements to the public show.

It should be noted that countries including China, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Austria and the Netherlands have adopted exclusive pavilion in this edition of the exhibition.

Making effort to attract capital, transfer of technology and technical knowhow as well as introduction of Iranian exploratory companies have been cited as the main aim behind organizing this prestigious exhibition which will run until May 9 from 10 a.m. to 18.
