TEHRAN – Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani on Monday strongly condemned U.S. President Donald Trump’s recognition of al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the capital of Israel, saying the Muslim world would retaliate against Trump and his Zionist allies.
The move showed that the U.S. and the Zionist regime will do anything to cover up their failures in the region, Amoli Larijani said, according to Fars news agency.
He also said the decision showed once again that the Americans are not trustworthy at all and are committed to UN resolutions as long as they benefit from them.
