TEHRAN– Iran has learned its rivals at the Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup.
The Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup will kick off on Oct. 31 in Dubai, the UAE with the closing game to be held on Nov. 4.
The competition is composed of eight teams spread over two groups.
Iran has been pitted against Mexico, Paraguay and Russia in Group B.
Group A consists of the UAE, Egypt, Portugal and Brazil.
“We are very happy to announce the new venue of the competition, at Business Bay, part of Dubai Properties. The event will offer great competitiveness once again this year, with excellent teams, all of them with real options to win the cup,” Dubai Sports Council General Secretary Saeed Hareb said.
