TEHRAN – Iranian director Narges Abyar’s acclaimed anti-war drama “Breath” will go on screen at the 24th Women Make Waves Film Festival in Taipei, Taiwan during October.
The film is about four children whose mother had died a few years earlier and their father decides to join the Iranian volunteers on the warfront following Iraq’s attack in September 1980.
The festival, which promotes the achievements of outstanding female talents and supports them, will be held from October 13 to 22.
