TEHRAN – In separate letters addressed to prime ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam, Iran’s first Vice President Jahangiri felicitated the countries’ independence day.
In a letter to Kyrgys Prime Minister Sapar Isakov, Es’hagh Jahangiri felicitated the anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s Independence Day, stressing that he looks forward to further relations between the two countries in every area as part of increasing their mutual interests.
The vice president also wished for wellbeing and success of Sapar Isakov and prayed for the prosperity of the friendly nation of Kyrgyzstan.
Jahangiri also forwarded a message of felicitation to Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyễn Xuân Phúc on the country’s National Day on September 2.
The Iranian official stressed strong support for mutual efforts between the two sides for further development of relations in various fields and expansion of international cooperation.
He also prayed for the prime minister’s continued health and success, as well as the nation’s felicity and prosperity.
Kyrgyzstan celebrates its Independece Day on August 31 as the country declared independence from the Soviet Union on 31 August 1991. Vietnam commemorates Declaration of Independence from France on September 2, 1945 as the country’s National Day.
