]]> TEHRAN – The number of Iranian travelers to Azerbaijan has risen by nearly 64 percent in the first 10 months of 2017 compared to the same period last year.

Around 320,000 Iranians visited the neighboring country in January-October this year in comparison with 204,000 the year before, IRNA reported on Tuesday.

The Republic of Azerbaijan hosted a total of 2,276,604 foreign nationals during the 10-month period, showing 20.1 growth year on year.

Russian, Georgian, Iranian and Turkish tourists accounted for the highest number of visits to the country.
