]]> TEHRAN – The 6th round of Iran-Qatar Joint Economic Committee meeting is due to be held on April 16-17, in Doha, the portal of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) reported.

Accordingly, an Iranian trade delegation headed by the country’s Industry, Mining and Trade Minister Mohammad Shariatmadari is going to visit the Arab country to attend the meeting.

Comprised of company representatives active in a variety of areas including, industry, mining, agriculture and foodstuff, the delegation will also hold talks with the Qatari counterparts to discuss cooperation and expansion of mutual ties.

]]> TEHRAN – Concurrent with the 39th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, President Rouhani is scheduled to attend a press conference with domestic and foreign news media on Tuesday afternoon.

Parviz Esmaeili, the presidential office’s director for communications and information, said Sunday that President Rouhani’s press conference will be held on February 6 at 16:00 local time (12:30 PM GMT).

The event will be attended by representatives from the most notable national and international news media, where President Rouhani will answer their questions on the country’s current issues, as well as topics related to regional and international developments.

According to Esmaeili, the press conference will be broadcast live on IRIB TV1, IRINN, Iranian-owned international TV channels, as well as some international TV channels and online media services.
