]]> TEHRAN — Iranian director Omid Shams’ “Birthday Night” has won the Best of the Fest Award at the Short Sweet Film Festival in the United States, the organizers announced on Monday.

“Birthday Night” film is about Ahmad and Ali, two friends and business partners who face a dramatic situation on their birthday night.

“Last Call Lenny” directed by Jamie Thalman was picked as best film at the festival, which was held in Cleveland, Ohio from March 2 to 4.
