]]> TEHRAN (Iran News) – Sara Bahmanyar from Iran claimed a bronze medal at the Karate 1-Premier League event in Dubai on Sunday.

She defeated Aicha Sayah from Morocco 3-2 in the bronze medal match of the women’s under-50 kilogram Kumite.

Iranian karate fighters Shima Alesaadi in the women’s under-60 kilogram Kumite and Zabihollah Poorshab in the men’s under-84 kilogram Kumite have advanced to the final match.

Nearly 600 fighters from 85 countries have registered, including all but two of the reigning world champions and 10 out of the 12 defending Premier League grand winners.
