TEHRAN (Iran News) –On Tuesday, the Islamic of Republic of Iran once again unveiled another sign of its series of achievements and this time it put on display one of its amazing achievements in the military sector by unveiling a hypersonic missile which angered the enemies and especially the West.

The Fattah (Conqueror) hypersonic missile was unveiled at a ceremony in Tehran on Tuesday in the presence of Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi, General Salami and Commander of the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, as well as a number of Iran’s high-ranking military officials.

The hypersonic missile has a range of 1,400 kilometers, hits speeds of 13-15 Mach and can breach and destroy all anti-missile shields. The precision-guided missile also features excellent maneuverability and stealth ability to pass through radar systems.

With a solid fuel propulsion system and a second-stage movable nozzle, the missile has the ability to reach very high speeds and perform various maneuvers in and out of the Earth’s atmosphere in order to overcome all types of air defense systems.

In recent years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has unveiled many achievements but its achievements in the military sector have been noticed considerably by the enemies rather than its achievements in other fields.

The chief commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) lauded the country’s remarkable progress in defense missile industry, saying the elite force has acquired the know-how to diversify military systems in various sectors.

Major General Hossein Salami made the remarks on Tuesday on the sidelines of the unveiling ceremony of “Fattah” hypersonic missile manufactured by the IRGC’s Aerospace Force.

Salami underlined that Iran’s leaps and advances in the defense sector, including the missile and drone industries, have been made with the use of advanced technology such as artificial intelligence and technical capabilities in manufacturing sensitive and high-tech components.

“We have acquired the knowledge and technology of diversifying various types of systems … in different sectors, including the Fattah missile, which is a hypersonic maneuverable missile that can easily change its plan of movement in space and pass through the anti-missile systems,” the IRGC’s chief commander said.

“Such technology is very up-to-date and advanced and unknown to the modern world and to most countries” but our country’s committed experts have achieved it, Salami added.

Addressing the unveiling ceremony, Hajizadeh said Iran is now among only four countries that have the technology to manufacture hypersonic missiles.

Unlike other types of missiles, Fattah cannot be countered by any defense system, he said, adding that the hypersonic missile cannot be destroyed by any missile due to its movement in various directions and heights.

“Our activities in this field do not end with the manufacturing of this missile. We will continue this path so that no enemy even imagines attacking Iran,” the IRGC commander asserted.

Hajizadeh further said that Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has supported and approved the missile activities, noting that Ayatollah Khamenei has chosen the name “Fattah”, which translates to “the opener”.

Meanwhile, Commander of the Iranian Army’s Air Defense Force Brigadier General Alireza Sabahi-Fard on Monday announced plans to build a second version of the Bavar-373 (Belief-373) surface-to-air missile system.

“Good news will be published in the near future from the Iranian Army’s Air Defense Force,” Fars news agency quoted Sabahi-Fard as saying.

“The second version of the Bavar-373 [missile] system will be more advanced than the first version and will further increase our power in the field of air defense,” he said.

These achievements secure the country against any probable attack by the enemies because now enemies are facing with a tough opponent and they know that in case they attack, they will face harsh retaliation and answer.

Back in November, the IRGC announced that it had developed a cutting-edge hypersonic ballistic missile capable of penetrating advanced missile interception systems and hit the targets.

The elite force declared that the ballistic missile, manufactured by Iranian experts, is very fast and able to maneuver both in the space and outer space, with military officials describing the development of the ballistic missile as a “great leap in the field of missiles.”

Last month, Iran successfully test-launched its most advanced Khorramshahr-class ballistic missile, called Kheibar, a medium-range precision-guided missile that can carry a 1,500 kg warhead.

Despite being under sanctions for decades, Iran has become self-sufficient in designing and manufacturing different types of military equipment, including missiles.

Of course these achievements will never go unnoticed by the enemies and make them angry and after any unveiling of a new type of missile or any weapon, the U.S. and its allies impose some sanctions on those who are involved in Iran’s missile, drone or military industries which are now among the world top four countries.

As the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has repeatedly emphasized, the country should continue its progresses in all fields especially in military sector because it secures the country against ill-wishes and threats and Fattah is another tool in defending the country and making angry the enemies especially Israel and its ally the U.S. which have no good sleep at nights because of such amazing progresses.

TEHRAN (Iran News) –While the West and above all the U.S. tries to undermine progresses of the Islamic Republic of Iran or it tries to resort to Iranophobia in order to isolate this powerful regional country, Iran continues its progresses in all fields and everyday some good news is announced which enrages the enemies of the country.

Although in recent days once again Iran’s nuclear talks have resurfaced as top news item, Tehran made public another achievement in its peaceful nuclear program which disappointed the West and the IAEA.

On Wednesday Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Mohammad Eslami said that Iran is building a “completely indigenous” nuclear research reactor in Isfahan.

The research reactor to test fuel for other reactors will be built at the Isfahan Nuclear Technology Center, Mohammad Eslami said during a visit to the Uranium Conversion Facility (UCF) in the city.

“We have planned that based on the studies carried out, we will officially start the construction of the research reactor at the Isfahan site in the coming weeks,” the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said.

“It must be said that this project is completely indigenous and Iranian, which will complete the chain of research, evaluation, testing and assurance of our nuclear power production.”

Eslami said the nuclear fuel cycle is the most important part of the nuclear industry.

“It should be noted that until now, all the commotion raised has been for enrichment, and the next station is the fuel cycle industry, which we have already been utilizing at the research semi-industrial stage,” he said in reference to the West’s accusations against Iran’s nuclear program.

Eslami said foreign countries did not cooperate with Iran on completing the nuclear fuel cycle, adding even some countries came to do the project, but they abandoned the work halfway and left it.

Currently, the domestic industrial capacity and engineering change order at the Atomic Energy Agency of Iran and knowledge-based companies enables the country to move toward industrialization in order to produce fuel for reactors, including at the UCF in Isfahan.

“It should be known that nuclear power is designed and built in an integrated manner only in a few countries of the world and because they do not cooperate with us in this field, we must fully develop capacity and localize it … so that the people of Iran can benefit from it and receive clean electricity without any fluctuations” from nuclear facilities, the official said.

So once again Iran showed the world that nobody can stop its determination for achieving more progresses or successes.

Eslami stressed that the main issue regarding the advancement of Iran’s nuclear program is to increase the capacity of domestic power plants.

So far, Iran has built 1,000 megawatts of sustainable nuclear power capacity and is building another 2,000 megawatts of nuclear power plants, he said.

“We have also planned to produce 10,000 megawatts of new nuclear power, with the scheme included in the current budget law,” Eslami added.

He explained that his agency is locating sites, especially in Iran’s south to find suitable places compatible with the requirements of nuclear power plants before launching study and design operations.

“All the same, we will use international partnerships, but we will not wait for anyone, because Iran has sufficient scientific, industrial and technological capacities,” he said.

“Fortunately, there are large companies in the country that can support the 10,000 megawatt nuclear power production program, but we also welcome any company and institution that participates in the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran’s projects.”

Eslami said the clean and sustainable electricity produced at Iran’s first nuclear power plant in Bushehr is equal to about 85 million barrels of oil, which has a great impact on the reduction of pollutants and the health of society.

This is just a small example of Iran’s capabilities for achieving any success no matter how the success is difficult to be attained.

Days before Mr. Eslami’s announcement of this progress, a top commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) says the country will launch a new satellite into orbit by the year-end.

Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the IRGC’s aerospace division, made the announcement on the sidelines of the 12th Malek Ashtar Festival in Tehran.

He said the new home-grown satellite will be launched into space using the country’s Qa’em satellite carrier.

“By God’s will, we will launch the new satellite carrier Qa’em into space by the year-end,” Hajizadeh said, hailing it as a “continuation of [the country’s] achievements” in the field of aerospace technology.

He noted that the enemy today admits to Iran’s military capabilities while asserting that the Islamic Republic, its armed forces, and the IRGC have a “valuable position and real superiority”.

At the same time, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy said speedboats operated by the force have been equipped with radar-evading stealth technology, which can greatly reduce the distances at which they can be detected.

“As you know, the IRGC Navy is a completely strategic force and is in possession of all types of ammunition, ranging from tanks for naval battles to fixed-wing aircraft and drones,” Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri said on the sidelines of a ceremony in the Iranian capital Tehran.

“Therefore, it has always been in contact and close cooperation with other forces and military organizations like the Ministry of Defense to produce various military systems and equipment,” Tangsiri said.

Later another important achievement was unveiled when the deputy commander of the Iranian Army’s Ground Force said the anti-tank missiles and artillery munitions used by the ground forces have been upgraded to become smart and precision strike.

Brigadier General Nozar Nemati also underlined the extensive capabilities of the Iranian armed forces in the production of different military equipment.

Nemati said Commander of the Iranian Army’s Ground Force Brigadier General Kioumars Haydari has already presented three grandiose plans, dubbed Labaik (Allegiance) 1, 2 and 3, to the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Armed Forces Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

These are just few examples of Iran’s progresses in recent years and if we want to name all of them, it will take long time to name them.

So for this reason the West or any hostile country tries to undermine these achievements and since they are unable to do so at least in the region and inside Iran, they resort to state terrorism or instigating domestic unrests.

Whether the West likes or dislikes, it has to recognize Iran’s power as a major regional or even global actor, and it cannot be able to rob the right of the country through threats or any other unilateral pressures because Iran is not a weak country to collapse with any bully or even attack of them and the Islamic Republic is marching ahead strongly for achieving more progress and prosperity.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – “To Progress” Or “Not to Progress” This the Question. For weeks the talks on Iran’s nuclear deal, the JCPOA, have resume in Vienna and the signatories of the deal are discussing the return of the U.S. to the JCPOA and everyday one party says something differently on the outcome of the talks.

Iran has determined its conditions for the return of the U.S. to the JCPOA and as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has emphasized, the U.S. should remove all imposed sanctions against Iran in order that Iran could return to its JCPOA obligations.

Despite Iran’s crystal clear stand on this issue, the U.S. seems to play with words and sanctions and it is not ready to remove sanctions and it just thinks of partial removal of the sanctions. The most interesting thing is that every party in the deal claims of progress in the talks but nobody points to its details. Even Iranian negotiating team is talking about the progress,

As the new round of the talks began on Saturday, the European Union, which coordinated the talks leading to conclusion of the 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and world countries, claimed it is hopeful about underway talks that seek to remedy the U.S.’s sabotage against the deal.

“We are making progress,” EU representative Alain Matton told reporters in Vienna.

The talks started in the Austrian capital in April to potentially revive the accord that is officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The U.S. left the deal illegally and unilaterally in 2018, returning the sanctions that the agreement had lifted.

“But the negotiations are intense and a number of issues [remain], including on how steps are to be implemented,” Matton acknowledged.

His remarks were echoed by China’s envoy to the United Nations in Vienna, Wang Qun, who said, “To a great extent, the major issues have been worked out as a matter of principle, though I think there are some fixes [left].”

Iran has roundly rejected the notion of any phased-out removal of the sanctions on the part of the U.S., saying Washington has to eliminate all of the measures in one go in a way that can be verifiable by Tehran.

It is only then, the Islamic Republic insists, that the country would reverse a set of remedial nuclear measures that it has been implementing since 2019 in return for the U.S. and others’ non-commitment to the deal.

“The EU will continue with the talks with all the participants…and separately with the United States to find ways to get very close to a final agreement in the coming days,” the European official said.

Iran has cast doubt on the U.S.’s willingness to cooperate with efforts that seek to restore the JCPOA. The country cites Washington’s refusal so far to lift the sanctions.

This, Iranian officials say, signals the U.S.’s continued subscription to former U.S. president Donald Trump’s “maximum pressure” policy, under which Washington left the deal and returned the sanctions.

The Chinese official also urged the U.S. to adopt a decisive approach towards the issues that stand to resolve the residual problems. “Our message to them (the United States) is that they should stop shilly-shallying by moving decisively to sanction-lifting.”

Iranian nation on the eve of the country’s 13th presidential election does not tie their choice of its president to the result of talks because it has lost its faith and trust in the West especially the U.S. and its European allies. The Islamic establishment is strong enough to overcome the problems as it has done so in the past 42 years and overcome many woes like eight-year war with Iraq and economic war with the U.S.

The U.S. and its allies should know this point that this time Iran will not retreat from its peaceful nuclear rights and it will not give in bullies of the world arrogance, no matter what the signatories of the deal claim of the progress because Iranian people only accept the claim when they see the progress in practice and not in the interviews and media outlets.

So Iranian negotiating team is recommended not to be deceived by the rival parties’ claims and it should fight for the rights of the country with full support of the establishment and the nation. Partial removing the sanctions makes no sense for Iran as the country is full aware of the West’s carrot and stick policy.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – A report on the website of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) said that that the World Bank would consider progress made by Iran in carrying out economic reforms in its 2021 version of Doing Business, a report which ranks countries based on the level of attractiveness for business investment, Press TV reported.

The ICCIMA report said World Bank officials attended a recent videoconference in which private sector representatives from across Iran had verified a series of reforms carried out by the Iranian government in recent years.

It said, however, that the Washington-based group had only approved reforms carried out on one economic indicator from a total of eight verified by the chamber and its regional branches.

“The World Bank… accepted to include one item out of eight reform measures in its 2021 (Doing Business) report and the rest… were either rejected or were accepted to be included in reports of the upcoming two years,” said the ICCIMA.

Iran has been critical of the World Bank and its way of examining Iran’s efforts to carry out economic reforms. Government officials and businesses have regretted that the international group and its annual reports have dampened foreign investment in Iran by ignoring genuine reforms carried out in the country.

Doing Business reports came under a fresh spotlight in August when the World Bank decided to halt their publication until issues around data collection irregularities used in compiling the reports were cleared.

Addressing a ceremony, held on Thursday via videoconference to open 10 infrastructural and development projects in the water and electricity industries in the provinces of Fars and Kermanshah, Rouhani said his administration has brought 37 water treatment facilities into operation over the past seven years.

He said the Islamic Republic takes pride in making progress in the energy sector while it is under the pressure of sanctions, is fighting against the coronavirus pandemic, and is dealing with the situation when “a tyrant and superpower like the US is mounting pressures, threats, and sanctions” constantly.

The people of Iran may rest assured that the administration is fully ready to serve the nation and reduce the problems despite the pressures and sanctions, Rouhani underlined.

Paying tribute to the Energy Ministry and the private sector for a great job of opening water and electricity projects across the country, he said 99.9 percent of people in the cities and more than 82 percent of the population in the villages enjoy healthy running water at present.

This is a glory for the Islamic Republic that the administration has been inaugurating a dam every two months in average, a sewage treatment plant every month, and a municipal water treatment plant every 50 days, the president added.

Before ordering the official opening of six solar power plants in the southern province of Fars, Rouhani said solar power plants could be a very suitable option for the generation of electricity given the climatic conditions of Iran, considering that they generate clean power, without pollution, and without the need for water consumption.

“This is very important that we have moved forward from the kilowatt (scales) to the megawatts in solar power plants.”

Rouhani further proposed the idea of promotion of rooftop solar systems across Iran, saying development of the solar technologies would enable everybody to turn the roof of their house into a solar power plant, to use the electricity they require, and to sell the excess to the government.
