<p>“Azar”, a debut film by Mohammad Hamzei, “No Date, No Signature” by Vahid Jalilvand, and Abbas Kiarostami’s last experimental work “24 Frames” will go on screen in the panorama section of the festival.</p>
<p>“100-Second Red Light” by Navid Zare’ and “Life Is Lifeless” by Hawar Rahimi will be screened in the Reel Youth Film Festival section.</p>

<p>Produced by Niki Karimi and directed by Mohammad Hamzei, <em>Azar </em>has found his way to VIFF.</p>
<p>Kicking off on September 28, Vancouver International Film Festival will screen the Iranian cinematic production in its main section.</p>
<p><em>Azar </em>is Iranian actress Niki Karimi’s second production after <em>Night Shif</em> while she has also directed three other movies so far.</p>
<p>Niki Karimi, Hamidreza Azarang, Farid Sajjadi Hosseini, Hasti Mahdavi, Leila Zare, Maedeh Tahmasbi, Pejman Jamshidi and Houman Seyyedi are among the movie&#8217;s cast.</p>
<p>The Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) is an annual film festival held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for two weeks in late September and early October.</p>
<p>The festival began in 1982 and is operated by the Greater Vancouver International Film Festival Society, a provincially registered non-profit, and federally registered charitable organization.</p>
