]]> TEHRAN – The acclaimed Iranian drama “Kupal” has been named best feature film at the International Film Festival with Alternative Media (FICMA) in Mexico City, Mexico, the publicist of the movie announced on Wednesday.

Kazem Mollai is the director of the movie starring Levon Haftvan.

“Kupal” tells the story of a hunter and a taxidermist called “Dr. Ahmad Kupal”. On the last day of the year, just moments before the arrival of the New Year, he faces an unexpected challenge.

The festival was held from November 22 to 25.
