TEHRAN (Iran News) The verbal message was conveyed by Maysam Motie’e, an Iranian eulogist who has traveled to Lebanon to distribute aid supplies provided by the Iranian people in a campaign called “Empathetic Iran”.

In the message to the resistant and war-hit people of Lebanon, the Leader said, “We are not separate from you. We stand by you. We are one with you.”

Ayatollah Khamenei noted that Iran sympathizes with the Lebanese people for their pains and miseries, adding, “Your pain is ours, your suffering is ours, and we are not separate from you.”

In Lebanon, at least 3,516 people have been killed and 14,929 wounded in Israeli attacks since the war on Gaza began in October 2023.

TEHRAN (Iran News) During his daily meetings, Ayatollah Khamenei met and spoke with Mojtaba Amani, the wounded Iranian ambassador to Lebanon. The meeting took place on Sunday, November 17.

In the meeting, Amani, who sustained injuries to his eyes and hands and was wounded due to the terrorist operation “Operation Grim Beeper” carried out by the Zionist regime, presented a report on his current health status to the Leader of the Revolution, khamenei.ir reported.

TEHRAN (Iran News) The families of the martyrs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Defense Force, who fought against the recent vicious attack by the Zionist regime, had a meeting with Ayatollah Khamenei in Tehran on Sunday, November 3.

In the gathering, the Leader paid tribute to the martyrs and hailed their august standing under divine blessing, saying, “The martyrdom of these dear ones is a prominent and significant martyrdom because of defending the country and nation in direct confrontation with the Zionist regime, which is the most wicked enemy of Islam.”

Ayatollah Khamenei also prayed for patience and clam for the families of the martyrs.

The Iranian Army said four of its combatants were martyred during the confrontation with the projectiles fired by the criminal Zionist regime in the early hours of October 26.

According to a statement from the Iranian Air Defense, the Israeli regime launched attacks on some military sites in the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan and Ilam on October 26.

TEHRAN (Iran News) The representative of Ayatollah Khamenei visited Iranian ambassador Mojtaba Amani in the hospital in Tehran.

In a post on his X account, Amani said he had the honor of receiving regards from the Leader during a visit by Hojatoleslam Qomi to the hospital.

The ambassador noted that Ayatollah Khamenei had sent two agate rings as presents for him and his spouse.

Expressing gratitude to the Leader, Amani said he would devote his life to Islam, the Islamic Revolution, and the guardianship of the Islamic jurist under the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei.

TEHRAN (Iran News) On the occasion of the Sacred Defense Week, a number of veterans from the Sacred Defense and the Resistance and those active in this field met with Ayatollah Khamenei at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah of Tehran on Wednesday, September 25.

In remarks at the meeting, the Leader said Hezbollah and other resistance forces are so far the winners of the war, one reason of which is Israel’s massacre of women and children in Palestine and Lebanon.

“If the evil Zionist regime had been able to defeat the fighting forces, whether in Gaza, the West Bank, or in Lebanon, it would not have needed to show its face to the world in such a dark and ugly way through committing crimes against homes, schools, hospitals, children, and women,” Ayatollah Khamenei said, Press TV reported.

“Since the regime has not been able to win over the resistance force, it is forced to pretend to win by hitting women, children, defenseless people and cars on the road, schools and hospitals. So, it has failed so far,” the Leader said.

“Some of the effective and valuable forces of Hezbollah were martyred, which undoubtedly caused damage to Hezbollah, but this was not the sort of damage that could bring the group to its knees,” Ayatollah Khamenei stated.

“The organizational and human strength of Hezbollah is much more than that. Their authority, capabilities and strength are much more than that and cannot be seriously affected by these martyrdoms,” he said.

“Therefore, they have won until today, and by God’s grace, with God’s power, the final victory in this battle will belong to the resistance front and the Hezbollah front,” the Leader added.

Ayatollah Khamenei said like Iran’s “sacred defense” against former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein’s invasion of the country in the 1980s, the battle in Lebanon and Palestine today is “Jihad in the way of Allah”.

“The definite ruling of Sharia is that it is obligatory for everyone to try and help to return Palestine and the Al-Aqsa Mosque to Muslims and to its original owners,” the Leader said.

“A divine movement is taking place here; The people of Palestine and Gaza are fighting in the way of Allah in the true sense of the word,” he noted.

In this war against Lebanon and Palestine, the Leader said, “the infidel and evil enemy has the most equipment and the US is behind him”.

“The Americans say they are not involved and have no information, (but their claim) is untrue. They both have information and are involved and they need the victory of the Zionist regime,” Ayatollah Khamenei said.

“For the upcoming elections, the current American government needs to show that it has supported the Zionist regime and had it win the war. Of course, they also need the votes of American Muslims, so they pretend that they are not involved.”

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Israeli enemy has money, weapons, facilities, and global propaganda apparatus, while on the opposing side, “the believers and the fighters in the way of Allah do not even have a tenth of those facilities”.

“Nevertheless, the one who wins is the side of the fighters in the way of Allah. The Palestinian resistance is victorious. Hezbollah is victorious.”

The Leader also said Iran is vociferously opposed to the US domination system and that the Islamic Republic will never submit to American bullying.

“Today, like at the beginning of the revolution, we are against the domination system. We are against American domination,” he said.

TEHRAN (Iran News) The pardon was granted at the request of the country’s Judiciary Chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei on the occasion of the birth anniversaries of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS), the sixth Imam of Shiite Muslims.

The top judge had proposed the amnesty for 2,887 prisoners.

The 17th day of the month of Rabi al-Awwal in the lunar Hijri calendar marks the birth anniversaries of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS). This year it falls on Saturday, September 21.

Article 110 of the Constitution grants the Leader the right to pardon or reduce the sentences of convicts upon a recommendation from the head of the Judiciary.

The clemency, however, does not apply to certain types of convicts, including those who have been sentenced for their role in the armed struggle against the country, armed or organized drug trafficking, armed robbery, arms smuggling, abduction, bribery, and embezzlement.

During the meeting, Ayatollah Khamenei highlighted the remarkable abilities and the manifestation of the “national, political, and religious identity” of the Iranian nation as the foremost outcome of the Iranian athletes’ participation in these competitions.

The Leader conveyed immense joy at the opportunity to meet some of the nation’s most cherished and proud children, stating, “With your medals and behavior, you have brought joy to the hearts of the nation. I sincerely thank you, the coaches, and all those involved.”

In the continuation of his speech, Ayatollah Khamenei described international competitions as stages where nations showcase not only their physical strength and athletic skills but also their mental fortitude and self-confidence.

“In addition to demonstrating your professional and athletic abilities, through meaningful actions such as donating medals to children in Palestine and Gaza, maintaining your hijab and modesty, naming the delegation after the Infallible Imams (PBUT) and taking selfies with the Palestinian flag, you have presented and honored your spiritual capabilities as well as your national-religious and Islamic identity,” he said.

The Leader also pointed out the continuous efforts of ill-wishers to distort the “identity, truth, and beliefs” of the Iranian nation. “They claim that religious sentiments have weakened in Iran, but when our champion kisses the Quran in front of perhaps hundreds of millions of viewers and offers a prostration of gratitude (to God), the reality and identity of the Iranian nation, their adherence to their beliefs, and their dedication to Iran’s national greatness becomes prominent. Such remarkable signs were evident in your performance,” he remarked.

He highlighted the optimism that sports champions bring to society through their medal-winning achievements, stating, “Some individuals become despondent over a minor physical incident, but when our young athlete demonstrates strength in the Paralympics while seated in a wheelchair, it fills everyone’s hearts with hope.”

Ayatollah Khamenei underscored the tangibility of the double standards and biased policies of the countries governing international sports during the recent Olympic and Paralympic Games. He noted that while one country is banned from participating due to war, the Zionist regime continues to be included in the competitions, despite killing 41,000 people, including thousands of children, over the course of nearly a year.

“These double standards and biased policies, as we have repeatedly pointed out, demonstrate that despite the assertion of sports being free from politics, the most politically driven actions are exercised in the realm of sports,” the Leader stated, Khamenei.ir reported.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Khamenei addressed Iranian officials, urging them to recognize and support athletes who, because of their national or religious beliefs, choose not to compete against representatives of the Zionist regime. He acknowledged that these athletes are making a significant sacrifice and advised sporting officials to pay attention to these athletes as part of their duties.

At the beginning of this meeting, Ahmad Donyamali, Iran’s Sports and Youth minister, reported on the achievements of the Iranian athletes who participated in the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic competitions. He proudly remarked, “In total, the flag of our beloved Iran was raised 37 times at the competition venues.”

During the meeting, Sareh Javanmardi, a holder of several gold medals in shooting from various Paralympic Games, along with Aryan Salimi, a gold medalist in taekwondo at the Paris Olympics, and Rouhollah Rostami, Iran’s golden champion in Paralympic weightlifting, conveyed their appreciation on behalf of the athletes for the prayers, congratulatory messages, and the support that they have received from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. They also extended their gratitude to him for highlighting the spiritual significant of Iran’s champions in these competitions.

TEHRAN (Iran News)  On the occasion of National Administration Week, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and his cabinet met with Ayatollah Khamenei for the first time.

The meeting was held at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah of Tehran on Tuesday, August 27.

Addressing the meeting, the Leader said Iran is today known in the world for its science, regional power and strategic depth.

Ayatollah Khamenei highlighted Iran’s natural resources, geographical location and climate diversity as well as its rich human capacities, including the religion and political faith of people, as major assets of the country.

“Once Iran was known for its carpets and oil; today Iran is known in the world for science, military progress, regional power, and strategic depth,” he said.

“This is the opportunity that is at our disposal. The ability to influence the countries of the world and the region is not a small thing. This is a very important matter,” Ayatollah Khamenei further noted.

Regarding the new cabinet, the Leader noted that President Pezeshkian consulted him about the selection of his ministers.

Ayatollah Khamenei advised members of the new government not to pin hopes on the enemy and its approval of their plans.

The Leader also asserted that the key to resolving the country’s economic problems lies in production and that the issue must be taken seriously.

He further asked the ministers to visit different provinces across the country and choose colleagues who are young, faithful, committed, and motivated and adhere to the principles of the Islamic Revolution.

Meanwhile, Ayatollah Khamenei touched on the issue of artificial intelligence, saying that using the technology should not be considered a privilege, and that different state departments need to master the deep layers of the technology.

He warned of attempts by the world’s opportunists and those seeking power to establish an artificial intelligence agency to prevent countries’ progress in this field.

Additionally in his remarks, the Leader underlined the need for “rule of law” in the cyberspace which he said is currently “uncontrolled.”

“My point is that cyberspace should be law-centered in the country, then it will be an opportunity,” he asserted.

“If we could have rule of law in cyberspace, this space will turn into an opportunity for the country, otherwise it may be a threat,” he concluded.

The young Western people have responded to the letter, praising the Leader’s tireless endeavors to foster mutual understanding, champion justice and solidarity.
