										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="intro-text">TEHRAN – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has forwarded a message of felicitation to the newly-elected President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, calling for further expansion of ties.</span></p>

<p>In his message forwarded on Tuesday, President Rouhani stressed that Tehran considers no limitation to developing inclusive ties with Bishkek.</p>
<p>“I am confident that in your Excellency’s term of office, relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan will further develop,” Rouhani said.</p>
<p>He went on to express hope for witnessing further friendly relations between the two countries in the near future by implementing mutual agreements.</p>
<p>President Rouhani further wished for President Jeenbekov’s health and success, and prayed for prosperity and felicity of the people of Kyrgyzstan.</p>
<p>Former Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov won Kyrgyzstan’s presidential election by receiving 54.3 percent of the about 1.7 million votes cast on Monday. Jeenbekov is to become the fifth president of Kyrgyzstan.</p>
