<p>Meskini and Florian Haas jointly won bronze medals.</p>
<p>The Cairo 2025 has brought 376 athletes from 65 countries together in Egypt’s capital.</p>
<p>The Karate1 Premier League Cairo 2025 is being held in Cairo, Egypt from April 18 to 20.</p>

<p>TEHRAN (<a href="https://www.irannewsdaily.com/">Iran News</a>) <strong> Iran’s fighters have secured the first rank at 2025 Karate1 Series A in Larnaca, Cyprus.</strong></p>
<p>Three Iranian athletes–two women and one man–won gold medals in the event, which took place from February 14 to 16.</p>
<p>Fatemeh Sadeghi earned her gold by defeating Japanese competitor Sasara Eguchi in female kata, while Fatemeh Saadati triumphed over Ruan Mukai from Japan with a score of 5-2 in female Kumite. &#8220;Iranian athletes &#8221;</p>
<p>Additionally, Morteza Ne’mati emerged victorious over his Russian opponent and claimed a gold medal.</p>
<p>Over 1,100 athletes from 86 countries competed at the event.</p>

<p>According To <a href="https://irannewsdaily.com/">Iran News</a>,Iranian Karateka Hamideh Abbasali underwent successful knee surgery on Thursday.</p>
<p>She underwent successful surgery on her torn ACL in Germany’s Hannover.</p>
<p>Abbasali was injured in the final bout of -68kg category in Karate 1-Premier League in Salzburg against Italy’s Clio Ferracuti.</p>
<p>She was rushed to a hospital after the game ended with a 2-1 win for her. The injury sparked fears that Abbasali might miss the upcoming 2020 Olympics.</p>
<p>Now, Dr. Babak Zargar Amini has said Abbasali will be ready for the Olympics after the successful surgery.</p>

<p>According To <a href="https://irannewsdaily.com/">Iran News</a>, Bahman Askari from Iran claimed a gold medal at the Karate 1-Premier League Salzburg on Sunday.</p>
<p>He defeated Stanislav Horuna from Ukraine 3-0 in the Male Kumite -75kg final.</p>
<p>Askari had previously defeated his rivals from Australia, Finland, England and Turkey.</p>
<p>Over 600 competitors from 88 countries compete at the 2020 Karate 1-Premier League Salzburg. This tally represents a considerable increase with the previous event since 513 competitors from 79 countries took part in the Karate 1-Premier League Dubai.</p>
<p>The tournament started on Friday and the finals are slated for Sunday, March 1.</p>

<p>The event in Dubai is one of the last competitions before the Olympic qualification process ends on April 6.</p>

<p>The Iranian athlete defeated his rivals from Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and Mahdi Khodabakhshi from Iran in the men’s under-84 kilogram kumite.</p>
<p>He will meet Daniyar Yuldashev from Kazakhstan in the final match on Sunday.</p>
<p>Earlier on the day, Shima Alesaadi from Iran had advanced to the final match in the women’s under-60 kilogram kumite, where she will fight with Xiaoyan Yin from China.</p>
<p>Nearly 600 fighters from 85 countries have registered, including all but two of the reigning world champions and 10 out of the 12 defending Premier League grand winners.</p>

<p>Mehdizadeh defeated Turkey’s Ozer Omer Abdurrahim in the Male Kumite -67 Kg final.</p>
<p>Ganjzadeh also defeated French karate athlete Jacquet Dnylson 4-0 in the Male Kumite +84kg.</p>
<p>Iranian fighters Hamideh Abbasali and Salah Abazari had previously claimed two bronze medals in the event.</p>

<p>According To <a href="https://irannewsdaily.com/">Iran News</a>, Two Iranian karate fighters claimed bronze medals at the Karate1 Premier League &#8211; Madrid 2019 on Sunday.</p>
<p>Hamideh Abbasali defeated her Japanese rival Saito Ayaka to win a bronze medal at the Female Kumite 68+ Kg.</p>
<p>In the Male Kumite 84+ Kg, Salah Abazari beat his countryman Mahdi Ashouri to claim a bronze medal.</p>
<p>Amir Mehdizadeh in the Male Kumite -60 and Sajad Ganjzadeh in the Male Kumite +84kg have qualified for the final match.</p>
<p>The tournament has brought 737 karate athletes together from 89 countries.</p>

<p>According To <a href="https://irannewsdaily.com/">Iran News</a>, Ex-Iran karate practitioner Hossein Rouhani has been named the new coach of Russia national karate team.</p>
<p>He will take charge of the Russian team until after the 2020 Olympic Games.</p>
<p>Rouhani, 36, won a gold medal at the 2006 World Championship in Tampere and also claimed a gold at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha.</p>
<p>Karate will make its debut appearance at the Summer Olympics in 2020 in Tokyo, Japan.</p>
<p>Olympic karate will feature two events, Kumite and Kata. Sixty competitors from around the world will compete in the Kumite competition and twenty will compete in the Kata competition.</p>
