TEHRAN (Iran News) After winning the championship title at the Youth Para-Asian Games held in Dubai (UAE) on Saturday, Karbi said, “For the first time in the history of women’s competitions, we achieved this championship. In previous editions, we finished as runners-up or in third place, but in this edition, through our efforts and solidarity, we became champions. We dedicate this title to the martyrs of the 12-day war waged against our country.”

The Iranian women’s goalball team defeated Thailand 6-2 in the finals and secured the championship title at the 2025 Asian Youth Para Games.

The fifth edition of the Asian Youth Para Games, which began on December 10, concludes today in Dubai.
