Bahram Parsaei, the parliamentary faction’s spokesman, said on Sunday that during the meeting, which was led by Mohammad-Reza Aref, Mohseni-Eje’i said the Supreme National Cyberspace Council was responsible for the ban on Telegran, which the lawmakers found “unconvincing”.

Parsaei said the issue of the house arrest against opposition leaders who claimed vote rigging in the 2009 presidential election was also raised during the meeting, about which Eje’i said the Supreme National Security Council had to decide.
