]]> TEHRAN – Over 600 thousand Azerbaijani nationals visited Iran during the first seven months of the year, increasing 31.2 percent from a year ago, IRNA reported.

A total of 165,522 Iranians visited the Republic of Azerbaijan during the seven-month period, which shows 21.1 present year-on-year shrinkage.

Around 320,000 Iranians visited the neighboring country in January-October 2017 in comparison with 204,000 in 2016.

Russian, Georgian, Turkish and Iranian tourists account for the highest number of visits to Azerbaijan.
