When in 1945 the United Nations (UN) was founded aiming to maintain international peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, achieve international cooperation, and be a center for harmonizing the actions of nations, most countries expected this international body to spread justice by taking action against offenders but it seems it and its arms are losing their effectiveness at least in dealing with the big powers.
