Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh, the Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament, said Gasprom’s problem in Iran was resolved.
Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh, the Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament, told the media that a joint meeting was held in Tehran to resolve the issues about the Russian energy giant, Gazprom.
According to Falahatpisheh, Mr. Hasanvand, the Chairman of the Energy Commission of the Iranian Parliament attended the joint meeting with Russian ambassador to Tehran and representatives from Iranian oil ministry and Iranian Social Security Organization.
“During the meeting, two issues were discussed in the meeting and the first one was the problem related to the Russian energy giant, Gazprom.
“A problem was created at Russian finance ministry about the project in Incheh Borun and this issue was resolved in this meeting,” he recounted.
“After the agreement reached in this meeting which put an end to this problem, the legal prosecution of the issue was stopped to follow a different path for resolving this issue,” he added.
