English Championship leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Saman Ghoddos from Swedish side Ostersunds.
The 24-year-old forward has played a key role in Ostersunds’ impressive Europa League campaign, scoring four goals and setting up three in 11 appearances (including qualifying), derbytelegraph.co.uk reported.
Queens Park Rangers had already showed interest in buying the Iranian international during the January transfer window.
Ghoddos has scored 10 goals in all competitions this season and is a big part of the reason why the Swedish minnows can look forward to a huge Europa League clash against Premier League giants Arsenal in the New Year.
