Leadership-centered (Velayat-oriented); Justice-centered; Efficiency; Technology; and skill enhancement

Brigadier General Jahanshahi stressed that the direction of the Army Ground Force is defined according to these five principles and by the direct instructions of Iran’s leader in his appointment order.

Based on this, his main mission is: “Making worthy efforts to enhance mobility, efficiency, human capital, and weaponry and equipment in responding to modern threats by utilizing spiritual strength, experience, available capacities, and emerging technologies.”

He also referred to the experience of the 12-day imposed war and the transition of warfare from a hard form to “cognitive and hybrid warfare”, declaring the full readiness of the force under his command to respond to any threat.

Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi, who was appointed commander of the Army Ground Force in Azar 1404 (December 2025), possesses widely praised command and staff experience.
