Iran sympathizes with Pakistan over floods and landslides
TEHRAN (Iran News) Following floods and landslides in parts of Pakistan, Iranian Foreign Ministry in a message has expressed its sympathy with the government and people of Pakistan.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran expresses the sympathy and condolences of the government and people of Iran to the nation and government of the brotherly and neighboring country of Pakistan, especially the families of the victims of floods and landslides in parts of Pakistan, and prays for divine mercy for the victims and for good health and speedy recovery for the injured,” the statement reads.
It added that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to provide any cooperation and assistance to alleviate the suffering of the victims.
