TEHRAN (Iran News) The country’s export of agricultural products from March 21 to August 22, 2024, has registered a 22 and a 33 percent growth in weight and value respectively, compared to last year’s corresponding period.
In this period, Iran exported various species of pistachios, valued at $352 million, tomatoes ($177 million), apples ($111 million), watermelons ($108 million), and potatoes ($52 million), IRICA reported.
Greenhouse peppers, oranges, pistachios, apples and lettuce were the country’s main agricultural exports.
