Iranian and Azeri officials in a meeting in the Azerbaijan capital discussed the issues pertaining to transportation of commodities and passengers between the two neighboring nations.
Head of transit and international transportation of Iran Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization Reza Nafisi and his Azeri counterpart Habib Hassanov met in Baku on Friday and examined the problems faced by the two countries in the area of transit of goods and passengers.
Both sides also held talks on the current situation of international road transportation between Iran and Azerbaijan Republic and also development of transit relations in the future.
The Iranian and Azeri officials also stressed creating transit corridors and using the international Green Card System.
