Tashkent to Host Iran-Uzbekistan Economic Commission

TEHRAN – The 13th Iran-Uzbekistan Joint Economic Commission’s meeting will be held on December 12-13 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
Head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization Mr. Hamid Zadboom said that the 13th Iran-Uzbekistan Joint Economic Commission is to be held in Tashkent on December 12-13.
He went on to say that a trade delegation led by Iran’s Minister of Industry, is to attend the meeting in Tashkent.
He added that representatives of the private sector are to accompany the delegation to attend a trade exhibition which is to be held by Iranians in Tashkent.
He expressed hope that the commission would be able to pave the ground for more interactions between economic activists of both countries.
Meanwhile on the eve of this exhibition, the direct flight between Tehran and Tashkent is to open.
