Countries like Saudi regime are after divide in ME but they can join peace endeavors in the region if they change their way of warmongering,” said Iranian FM Zarif on Sun. in Antalya.

“Yesterday in Tehran, the early document for the final statement of presidents’ summit in Sochi was drafted by the experts of the three countries and today we exchange views and made the final coordination for the Wednesday summit,” said Mr. Zarif.

Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Javad Zarif made the remarks at the joint press conference concluding the trilateral meeting of Iranian, Russian, and Turkish ministers of foreign affairs in Turkish resort port city of Antalya on Sunday.

“I think that the good trajectory started in Astana talks for countering terrorism and restoring stability, serenity, and peace in Syria is in place followed up.” Reassured the top diplomat.

“Astana Peace Process proved when influential countries of the region cooperate, all the things not done by other countries can be done by these three countries,” asserted the Iranian foreign minister.

“We have eleven months of progress in resort after the start of the Astana Peace Process negotiations and it demonstrates if other states of the region reach the conclusion that with putting aside wrong policies and embracing cooperation, good results are achievable,” maintained Mr. Zarif.

“Unfortunately countries like Saudi regime are more after divide and schism and that’s why they harvest nothing but dispute and discord,” he lashed out at Saudi kingdom’s regional policies.

“However, if they change their method they can partner in establishment of peace in the region instead of fanning the fire of warm” he advised Saudi rulers to change their approach to the region.

On the other hand, Russian FM Lavrov told the media at the joint presser that all issues related to Syrian crisis were reviewed in the trilateral meeting.

“In this meeting we discussed the chance of Kurds’ participation at Syrian National Dialogue Conference which is slated to be held on November 22 in Sochi,” said Mr. Lavrov.

The Russian diplomat further added that the three foreign ministers exchanged views and conferred on the important issues and the results of the talks will be delivered to the three heads of states, President Rouhani, President Putin, and President Erdogan.

FM Zarif, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and their Turkish counterpart Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met in Turkish port city of Antalya in the morning on Sunday.

On Friday, the Russian top diplomat affirmed that the Antalya meeting will be a step before the major meeting of presidents in Sochi.

“As for the foreign ministers’ meeting of this troika – Russia, Turkey and Iran – its task is to prepare for the summit (in Sochi on November 22), and it will be held late this week,” Lavrov said.

The Presidents of the three guarantor states will also meet on Wednesday in Russian port city of Sochi.

During the last week, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Jaberi Ansari visited Russian, Syrian, and Turkish capital cities to coordinate the process of talks in Antalya and Sochi. He met the diplomats of top officials of the three countries in his three-stop tour of countries involved in Astana Peace Process talks on Syria.
