During a meeting with Iranian Leader, Iranian President Rouhani urged all three branches of the Establishment to contribute to the campaign against US anti-Iran plots.
“We all concentrate our efforts to put into practice and implement the points you made today,” said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Iranian Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Sunday in Tehran.
The Iranian top executive made the remarks in a group meeting of executive branch officials with the Leader, during which Ayatollah Khamenei highlighted the country’s capability for overcoming economic woes through relentless efforts of all officials and cooperation from all people, and discussed the conditions and necessities for confronting the enemies’ plots in the current situation..
President Rouhani said the enemies are trying to make the nation worried about the future and create inflation expectations.
“Despite all psychological and economic measures of enemies against Iran, the revenues of the government in national and foreign currencies in the first quarter [of the Iranian calendar year of 1397] have been more than the income earned in the same period of the last year and the allocations for construction projects have been 22 times more than last year,” said the president.
He asserted that some problems are irrelevant to sanctions and foreign pressures, including banking system problems and market liquidity problems which have existed from the past.
“Resolving these issues are top on the government’s agenda, as well as the high council of economic coordination, and the economic committee of the government,” reassured Rouhani.
He also underlined that full cooperation and coordination between the three branches of the Establishment in Iran is required for foiling American plots against the country.
